The production process begins by introducing ammonia and carbon dioxide into a condensation unit. Within this unit, the feedstocks react to form a carbamate solution. This solution is subsequently transferred to a reactor, which undergoes further conversion to yield a final urea solution. Ammonia is used in household cleansing products as well as industrial applications.
